What is a Treat Card? ▶
A Treat Card can be reloaded like the milk and juice cards. It allows students to purchase cookies or other individually packaged treats during lunch.
Why do I need to be Safe Parish trained to volunteer at the school? ▶
The Archdiocese requires all volunteers who interact with students to complete Safe Parish training and a background check. This program helps keep our students safe. Please allow one to two weeks for processing before volunteering.
Can I help the PTO without making a long-term commitment? ▶
Absolutely! We appreciate any amount of time you can give. Watch for volunteer opportunities throughout the year that fit your schedule.
When is gym day? ▶
Please check with your child's homeroom teacher for the current gym schedule.
How do I order special lunches? ▶
Select the button on the Lunches page and scroll past the information section. Choose the lunches you would like for each student, then scroll to the bottom and click Save & Continue to Checkout.
What is the PTO? ▶
The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of parents, teachers, and school supporters who work together to strengthen our school community and provide opportunities and resources for our students.
Who can join the PTO? ▶
All parents, guardians, teachers, school staff, grandparents, and supporters are welcome! You do not have to attend every meeting or volunteer at every event to be involved.
What does the PTO do? ▶
The PTO organizes family events, supports teachers and classrooms, funds student enrichment opportunities, coordinates teacher appreciation activities, and helps build a strong school community.
How can I get involved? ▶
There are many ways to help! Attend meetings, volunteer at events, donate supplies, serve on a committee, or assist behind the scenes. Every contribution makes a difference.
Do I have to attend PTO meetings to volunteer? ▶
No. We understand that families have busy schedules. You are welcome to volunteer whenever your availability allows, even if you cannot attend meetings.
How often does the PTO meet? ▶
PTO meetings are held throughout the school year. Meeting dates and times are shared through school communications, email, and the PTO calendar.
Where does PTO fundraising money go? ▶
Funds raised directly support our students and school through classroom grants, educational programs, student activities, teacher appreciation, campus improvements, and family events.
How do I find out about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities? ▶
Stay connected through PTO emails, the school newsletter, social media, the school website, and Membership Toolkit for the latest announcements and volunteer opportunities.
Can I suggest a PTO event or new idea? ▶
Absolutely! We welcome new ideas from our school community. Reach out to a PTO board member or attend a meeting to share your suggestions.

You can contact any PTO board member or the school office, and we will be happy to direct you to the appropriate person.
Do I have to be a PTO member to participate? ▶
No! Everyone is welcome to attend PTO events, volunteer, and support our school community.
